Woke at 231.0, down .8 from yesterday. Working from home today. Started with an omelet and then will see how far that takes me. UPDATE: Made it to 2:45 before eating lunch. That should hold me until about 7. UPDATE: Got down to 229.4 before dinner. Heading out to Outback Steak House.
