Yummy! It’s hard to diet when your tired and don’t want to cook. But, don’t feel bad, we did the same thing this past weekend. We also had Chicken and coleslaw over the weekend. Just one day over the weekend won’t blow it too much. Just watch your calories during the week. I always use less calories during the week, so I can have a cheat day on the weekend.

I love fried chicken and enjoy it every now and then. I do have to exercise portion control when I eat it. It's no biggie...
