Woke at 231.8, the same as yesterday. Really locked into this number! Began with protein coffee and will see how far that takes me. UPDATE: Reviewed weight trend line and noticed that it jumped from the 210s to the 220s and then 230s starting in October 2018. Lots of experimentation (which I have to think failed). Bottom line is that I'm going back to OMAD and 1500 calories per day on average starting in September. I'm looking at ending August with a Fasting Mimicking Diet or super low cal OMAD at least. I have a big 50th birthday party for a friend on August 31, so that will be the last blowout before September's new regimen. UPDATE: Got to 232.4 by 5 pm so the waking weight is today's low. Ate burgers and a strawberry protein smoothie for dinner. Tomorrow begins a five-day fasting mimicking diet.
