Woke at 228.8, down .2 from yesterday. Protein drink to start. Lunch and dinner out today. UPDATE: Had a nice piece of chicken for lunch but that was the last thing I ate until I got home after 11. I did have several drinks and even did a bit of dancing. Came in the door at 225.6.
