Woke at 230.4, down 1.3 from yesterday. Starting with iced coffee. Slept in and missed my HIIT workout. Will try to get that done later today. UPDATE: Did my 20 minutes of HIIT spinning after work and then jumped in the pool. Weighed 230.0 afterward. Ate a late lunch which is still with me. Ate some sardines for dinner and that's a wrap.
