Your arms, tiny waist, beautiful back- I had no idea you looked this great but I knew you were lifting. Really inspirational! It helps me see what I might be as I (if I) get leaner! I am humbled by your praise actually. Thank you for your true friendship and faith in me. We are in this for the long haul! So many times I wavered this year. I was slipping and struggling. When I decided to just buckle down and face the music by recording my weight every day like you, it got me back. Reading about your working out so hard daily... I started fighting for the fitness I was afraid to lose and I got stronger. Thank you!
