Had a fun, relaxing day with some shopping, some clearing out of old (too large) sweaters and sweatshirts, and lots of fun EATING. Kept the calories under 1920 because I wanted to get back under my 2090 IIFYM target (second half of the month target that is). But I nibbled all day and as a result, did not really get a good fasted state for my final weigh in (as in, it was pre-dinner, but not pre-snacking!) The numbers show that and I'll take them either as an outlier or as a comeuppance, depending on what I show tomorrow! I did not do my weight lifting yet today. That comes next. The reps will go WAY down as I replace my 10 lb. dumbbells with new 25 lb. versions.
