Melissa have a Spectacular Saturday!💪💕🌸
I have a bird feeder in the garden
It also works as a cat feeder.😁
I need to get plants for the garden. Plant and your spouse plants with you; weed and you weed alone.🙃🤣

Thanks for sharing your journey and these lovely roses! Everyone is not so talented to grow them! I understand the work thing! Maybe bump up your water. All the best!🌹

Maybe the deer sprinklers gave them extra growing time?

Oh! Look at your post of "to dos" from May 26th... find just one day a week to go to the gym - no matter how exhausted you are! That is your starting point. Don't worry about the eating; get the pattern of working out and little walks back and the food can be managed later ❤

Live ebbs and flows. That walk sounds nice. The eating and exercise will find their way back where you want them as work needs cycle. All things in their time.

Your roses are beautiful!! Instead of one long walk, try short walks after lunch and dinner.

Absolutely gorgeous flowers. I agree with Ama, walking a mile only takes 15 minutes and is much easier to fit in in a busy day. Just parking at the back of the parking lot some places covers that. The health benefit is cumulative— it doesn’t have to all be done at one time.

Thank you, Tim!! Bananas, they are cute but I'm glad for my motion activated sprinkler that keeps them away most of the time. Becky, I wish I could give you some more. Someday! Thank you, ridemariel and katsolo for enjoying them with me! Erquiaga, I was really grateful for a. Nice long walk! It just rejuvenates my life!
