From the jump in your scales (and mine), that water weight is critical to get off. I am in the same boat as you. Scarey, isn't it? We can do this. I am remembering all the little tricks to get off fluid weight I used to use: eating celery, taking B-complex, drinking lemon water first thing in the morning. That's all I have .... just on my first cuppa Joe. Have a great day, Bill!

Oh my - what I miss when I am not on here a few days - that has got to be some kind of record. Good luck getting rid of that bloat - hope it goes as quickly as it came.

Have you ever tried a lymph draining massage? I've been considering it, I get the oedema in my ankles too.

I got the edema down watching my salt, trying to stay under 1500 mg. I have Venus Reflux, the legs and ankles swell huge if I eat too much salt (restaurants will do that to me)
