Woke at 224.1, down 2.1 from yesterday. I ate breakfast and lunch yesterday but no dinner. I got a ton of walking in as well at a conference down in DC. UPDATE: Did not eat anything yet as of 4 pm. Still weighed 224.1. UPDATE 2: I continued fasting until 8 pm, when I ate dinner. I weighed 222.8 before that.
