Woke at 227.4, down 1.4 from yesterday. I got super hungry by 11 am, so I ate an early lunch of crack chicken in a wrap and a small salad. I got to 227.3 before that. Targeting about 1450 calories today to get on calorie goal. I'm not going to let the month get away from me as April did.
