Waking weigh in of 202.4 at 6:30am shows a lot of promise. Will eat 1000 calories at work, come home and work out, then do my official weigh in tonight. Targeting 2066 calories today. Stay warm out there!

We have a coating of ice everywhere. The birds were sliding and skating on the deck railing trying to get to the bird seed. Thank goodness I am home. Good luck meeting your goals today. Have fun!!
