Rhetta can you just pause the weight loss and concentrate on simply maintaining and not gaining. Once you master that, resume your program. You are doing so well. I think you might just have diet fatigue. I know you do Keto, do you have a sense of why you are now struggling. Personal issues, food boredom? Anything I can do to help?
