Woke at 232.0, up .7 from yesterday. Got down to 231.9 by the early afternoon and had a light lunch. Thanksgiving dinner is at 4 pm today. I will eat a little of everything, and then I'm back on track tomorrow. UPDATE: I had a bulging plate of food for Thanksgiving and two slices of pie and ice cream at 8 pm. OK... it's out of my system, and I'll be back to the grind tomorrow. I hope you all had a nice day.
