Great idea using grated cauliflower for rice, will have to try it. The stuffed cabbage looks delicious.

OH wow... The site is called Stupid Easy Paleo and it has a plethora of recipes. I am all over this!!! I printed off the Cabbage Rolls and now looking at making some BBQ Shredded Chicken. Thanks, Bill and Denise!
