lol, Tks CR! next question: Will it stay?lol - Actually, I'm trying to lose weight in a way that I know I can sustain in the long run without driving myself crazy. I know I need to lose, but I want to do it gently so that I can live with a lifestyle that will stay on thereafter and life won't be a battlefield between me and food.
