Good Thursday morning...another hot humid day again...part of summer time in Illinois ...be nice to have a few days with no humidity...but don’t see that happening...just been staying in as much as possible...
Therapy again today...was alittle sore yesterday...and when I’m just sitting in living room..been giving arm some good behavior out of sling...
Not a lot new..same ole stuff..different day..didn’t even hear any fireworks last night...was just to tired to stay awake an listen..
Well...need to stretch...

Walked out on drive before humidity got unbearable...just a short movement...I’ve noticed my body is so sensivity to the change in weather...not sure of it’s the humidity that’s causing it or what it is..some days just seem to hurt more..then I once did...and next day might be totally without pain...

No more packing boxes and moving for me....I use to keep my boxes...in the closet...had a system...got rid of the boxes...found my final living place...lol
