Day 3 of 3 days of planned eating
Well family that was suppose to come in tonight came in last night. So, my dinner plans were changed and I was eating with a table full of carbs in front of me. So, naturally I went on a carb fest. Good thing I am up only 1 pound because I was able to eat low carb before they got in.
