I didn't eat very much yesterday. It is reflecting in my weight entry. I weighed in a pound lighter yesterday. Now it has dropped over another pound. I wasn't feeling the greatest yesterday, visited the bathroom a lot(not trying to be gross). I feel better today though. I am going to eat more healthy calories today. I think I may be depleted from the last couple of days. Anyways, that's why it looks like I have been dropping weight fast. Time to be strong and just do it.
