Good morning FS! Dipped into the 130’s, woohoo! I honestly didn’t think I would see this number on the scale ever again.....now anything feels possible with all of the knowledge and determination I have acquired💪🏼 Life continues to kick me in the butt, in so many ways, but I’m pushing through and caring for myself because I’m worth it. Finding beauty in whatever my weight currently is has helped me find peace in my process (even in times when I’m gaining). Be kind to yourself FS community. Putting someone down never lifts them up🌈 #bodypositive

Haha! Could be your calorie burn for me, OR it could be that I have a good deficit and I’m moving more than I realize....The boot probably does help lol.

chrisw77, It’s hurting the most when I get up in the morning. Went to the store yesterday without the boot and felt ok actually. I just know it isn’t solid and I can’t push it too hard. The boot is basically my support buddy when I need it😜

I would love to accept your challenge, BUT my right elbow and wrist currently hurt more than the ankle. The entire arm aches. Started feeling better, and then had two occasions recently where people were falling (husband messing around in son’s wheelchair doing wheelies, and my son almost falling face first after taking medication)🤦‍♀️. Never a dull moment around here!
