hey it takes a while to get back on your routine and honestly now that you have fed your body more and it has adjusted you don't have to go as low on calories to lose weight.

Well I’m excited to get back to Keto 100% too, but I’ve picked up a nasty night time snickers ice cream bar habit over the last month or so...190 cal / 19 carbs. This one will be really hard to break! 😭

Glad to see you checking in! Your logging is perfect :) If things don't move as fast as you would like a 8 hour eating window, with the same food, will probably do the trick :)

Lol I have a serious mint addiction. 20 in 2 hours. That is not that bad either 😜 I had to give them up entirely but every once in a while I’ll let myself eat a container of them 😇

Yay! You are back Mrsroboto! Cutting back on sweets is killin my soul 😩😫 but we don’t Need it!! And Will survive without it! 🧗🏼‍♀️ Baskington I am thinking the same thing. I will try to eat as much as possible (keto style) and see what happens.

Adef I am going to try to ease into fasting. I want to try to get to the point where I eat at least 1200 calories in a 6 hour window. I wasn’t really able to eat more than 900 without serious discomfort before.

Jenjabba I’ve gotten to the point where I feel comfortable enough to slow my weight loss way down. I still have at least 20 pounds to go before I’m considered healthy. And I specifically started keto again on Monday to be sure I’m back on it before Halloween and my cycle LOL 😜

@CrashtestDawnie - I don't think you should fast if you don't want to!! I was just saying you have 'options' to 'balance' things like weight lifting and running :) - - However, I always say 'look at your history' and see what you 'are good at'. I like to go back and look at my food and weight charts from months ago when I had long streaks of success. I find that reading my older Journals helps me because it allows me to recapture the motivation I had at those times. And, I do believe it is a case of 'Motivation'. We already know 'how' to lose weight.

I was just looking back at old post and I have identfied a couple of problems. I’ve been too busy to prep. I don’t have anything ready. Which leads to poor decisions. Also, I had been eating the same exact food over and over again and I think that is part of the reason I don’t feel as motivated. The other reason I don’t feel as motivated is because I have lost so much weight I feel comfortable, even though I still don’t like my body it makes me feel complacent. I love fasting. Less prep/cooking 😁 but I can’t do it until I’m fat adapted. Too hard 😓
