Day 3 of a planned 5 day ‘no solid food’ fast Blood sugar 84 mg/dL 71 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)As @jimmiepop says, "Fasting is Fastest!" 😜 We keep having rain off and on in Los Angeles, so I have not kept up with my usual exercise. I can see how important running at least every other day is. Exercise may only play a small part in my weight loss (“The Diet starts in the Kitchen!”), but it plays a MAJOR role in how I feel. I feel stronger, and my body moves better, when I exercise hard. Lately, I have not been exercising, and I feel ‘slow’ and ‘sluggish’. I am going to drag myself out in the cold, for a run before work, just so I can stop feeling like this… 😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

@CrashtestDawnie - I have not been able to get myself to the gym in the morning either :( I seem to only get to the gym Thursday nights, Saturday afternoons, and Sunday mornings (all low 'traffic' times at the gym). Otherwise, I have been working out with dumbbells at home. Not as good as being able to do my 200-230 pound deadlifts, but, by doing a lot of 'reps' it is better than nothing I guess. I was able to do my morning run before work...

That’s not too bad. I know you are use to doing more though. I went and bought 10 pound weights so I could force myself to work out at home. My gym is so packed rn. I don’t want to go anywhere near it lol
