Hello! Pre diet start, so Day 0! Monday weigh-ins. I am prepping to go lower carb, so had the last of the peanut butter and 2 packets of hot chocolate - not usual breakfast for me. I have lost about 10 pounds since Jan 1st; my total loss is about 30 pounds. I want to lose more than 5 pounds a month, tho; I am not sure how much I can lose in a healthy way per month without feeling crazy or going into a binge. I have have disordered eating all my life (overeating as a child, dieting at 12, bulimia as a teen, compulsive overeating/binges to yo-yo diets, etc). I feel more balanced in my food now, done alot of therapy/mental work, so feels like this year I will succeed!
