Day 1 of a planned 3 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Yesterday I wanted to ‘eat’. I decided to have a protein shake instead. This did not help my diet, but, it didn’t hurt it much either. I still got my 🏃🏾♂️ 3 mile run in the morning and my 45 minute walk at lunch and after work.
But, so far the scale is not moving 😫🥺🤔
So, I have lost my ‘motivation’ to ‘water fast’ today. Today I will go back to drinking Protein Shakes during the day (this is what I call ‘no solid food fasting’).
I’m doing what I 'mentally' can. Whatever happens, happens.
