Day 4 of a planned 4 days of eating

…This gain is expected when you sit around eating all day and not exercising.

Today I plan to at least go for a run, however, the eating will continue until tomorrow 😊

@liv001 -Thanks! I went to the gym, lifted my max, and did a 5 mile run 😁

@gz9gjg - My favorite is Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder 😁 I also take Nutricost Pure L-Leucine Powder before or after my workouts. For me that delivers the amino acid repair that my body needs. I only drink the protein shakes because they help me stick to my macros better than trying to actually 'eat solid food correctly' during the week :)

I shoveled mulch into the wheelbarrow, pushed the 100 pound load a quarter mile uphill five times yesterday. It was fun, but I prefer the rowing machine.

I recently bought creatine monohydrate. I’m not 100% what it does but it’s suppose to be good for you 😁 I’ve never heard of leucine. Is that a different form of protein like whey?

@CrashtestDawnie - To alleviate the muscle ache the next day after a workout, I take Nutricost Pure L-Leucine Powder before or after my workouts. For me it really alleviates much of the soreness.
