Day 3 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

I 🏃🏾‍♂️ ran yesterday so this is the first time in months I have been able to run Monday and Tuesday, the first two days of my ‘no solid food fast’. I think the running makes the difference. When I initially lost my weight this time last year I was running 5-6 days a week.

I felt really listless and weak for my entire 3 mile run at 6:30am. However, this is when I force my body into fat burning mode. This is also where running beats out weightlifting. It would be too dangerous for me to try lifting heavy weights when I am so listless and tired.

Today I should be fine. The third day of low carb and running is the time where my body realizes that it need to start burning fat and stops acting like it is going to die…
