Day 5 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Today I plan to 🏃🏾‍♂️ run. I didn’t run yesterday. I should have.
I should have either run, or gone to the 🏋🏾‍♂️ gym.
Not doing anything should not have been an option 🤦🏾‍♂️

@chesgreen - Haha Thanks man! Well you have to run for me today also. Basically too much work to do and I was not able to run 😒

Did a quick run today after having not run for a week. Actually improved my split mile times!! Sometimes rest is good for you... just make sure you get back to it!! Btw, I just started training for my first ever half marathon!! It’s not until February but started back up with doing some 5ks. The runners high is real!!🤣🤣🤣

@auntiedodo - I will definitely run tomorrow. After so many days off I will be "Superman". I think I will do a 11 mile run...
