Yep, that's the way my body works too! Just keep on doing the right thing, be patient, and it WILL happen!

I was reflecting that anyone looking at my weight history 'here' may think it's just a constant downward motion. I don't record it daily because it's on my scale app. But maybe I should to not appear I'm being purposely misleading about just how challenging this process is in real life?

If you want to but for me this is about me. I weigh when I weigh and record when I record because when it comes to this part I have to set myself first.

Well, I was only weighing IRL once a month because in the past I was a slave to the scale and allowed it to drive my mood. I've been more 'whatever' about it this time.

I'm in maintenance, weigh every couple of months. I can tell by the appearance of certain areas of my body, whether I am gaining or losing, before my clothes start feeling too tight.

When I was in maintenance before, I tried that. I threw away the training wheels (scale and food diary) with the theory I'd grown up enough to be mindful about it. I wasn't. I am not sure if I ever will be.
