Day 4 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Today I feel much better 😁
I may even try to 🏃🏾♂️ run before work 👍🏾
I found that when I keep increasing my calories, but keeping my carbs (and protein) the same, I would keep losing weight. It appears to me that my body needs more than 20 carbs a day to survive. If I don't 'eat' them, my body must-get-them-from-somewhere :)
My body has two choices, convert fat (yes! this is what I want) or convert protein to glucose (this is why I watch my protein).
