Hello there, long time no log. I've been letting myself go a bit, being slammed by life (back to school with 3 kids and a wife that is working in a school) means that I have not been taking care of myself as much as I should and I took questionable decisions regarding food.

This explains that, I'm now taking back the steering and getting away from carbs as much as I can. We should see the results shortly.
