Day 6 of a planned 11 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
2/18 = 182 lbs 2/23 = 175 lbs
5 days = 7 lbs lost
I wanted to do a 11 mile 🏃🏾♂ run yesterday, but, there was *huge* rain storm forecasted and I have been caught out on the far turn of a run with 6 miles to return home and been caught in a torrential downpour, so I didn’t want to risk that.
However, I did do a 7 mile run, jumped on the scale and dropped 3 pounds. The thing that had me excited was to see how much of that loss was still there this morning. I have never run, had a big drop, and *not* 'carbed up' later that night.
I expect my weight loss will slow this week. Even when I was water fasting, I would not maintain a pound a day.
