Day 5 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
Last night I had cream of mushroom soup. Technically, for me at least, it was still a ‘liquid’. However, it was salty (because I put a lot of salt in it). That usually causes a ‘bump up’ in my weight.
All next week rain is planned, so I won't get to walk 😒
🏋🏾♂️ The thing I have really noticed is that without lifting heavy weights, for what has now been 3 months, my body does-not-look-so-good 😒
I will wait until this stuff is over before trying to lift heavy. When I do things like "a lot of pushups", I always injure myself and it takes months to ‘get back to normal’. This reminds me, that right now, I have no ‘aches or pains’.
