Up 3.6 from a week ago. As noted elsewhere, a big takeout BBQ dinner last Friday popped me back to the 220s and I have not yet been able to recover, despite alternate day fasting and taking my calories back down to average. Entering May with a slightly modified plan (a more traditional form of Krista Varady-inspired alternate day eating with a small protein meal on my 'fasting' days).
