What I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: BP Coffee(Ghee 15g + Coconut Oil 15g)
Lunch: Mix with Tuna Salad, Natto, Guacamole and Salsa (Mexican meets Japanese food. Hahaha)
Snack: Nancy’s Nonfat Yogurt with Rice Bran
Dinner: Salad with Avocado + Boiled Eggs and Nuts(no pic)
I was wondering if Mexican flavor went well with Natto that is one of the most unique Japanese meal. After I tasted I thought “ Hmmm. It's not too shabby!” Well, Natto is Soybeans and Mexican quinine has pinto or black beans anyway. Beans are beans. Cooking is very FUN! Enjoy cooking and eat well!
