Super pissed off with myself, struggling to stop picking at anything m, sweets and generally eating to much. Also need to pick up the training again.
83,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I’ve got from being very good wouldn’t allow myself any treats for months got to where I wanted to be plus more then old habits started kicking in but now getting back to it before I undo any more of my hard work I done will allow myself one treat day a week and see how that goes good luck with getting g back on track 🤞🏼

Thank you Jo, I know I shouldn’t be picking but my will power is crap🙈 and my mind tells me just a little bit won’t hurt even though it’s like a hundred little bits. Anyway back to it with the odd treat. And you’re looking great 😊

Mine was really good so just need to find it again 😂 hopefully having the exercise bike will get me back to it I did have a treadmill but got rid as was taking up too much space and I had got to where I was happy and didn’t want to take it too far x

Sounds perfect to me but to me having a salad with a kebab is a healthy option 😳🤪😂

🤣🤣🤣 I suppose a small chicken Shish kebab isnt too bad then use lighter than Mayo on it 🤔
