Yesterday I had ribs and ice cream, but I kept protein to >120g and carbs >50g.
If I skipped all that I am sure I would have continued to lose weight and would have dropped 1-2 pounds because I also 🏃🏾♂️ ran 5 miles yesterday.
However, during COVID I am 'mentally' doing the-best-I-can right now.
