Diario de adefwebserver, 22 oct. 20

Yesterday I had ribs and ice cream, but I kept protein to >120g and carbs >50g.

If I skipped all that I am sure I would have continued to lose weight and would have dropped 1-2 pounds because I also 🏃🏾‍♂️ ran 5 miles yesterday.

However, during COVID I am 'mentally' doing the-best-I-can right now.

@chesgreen - Dude! Since I am literally 20lbs heavier my 1 mile average went from 7-8 a minute to 10-11 a minute :(
