My beloved mother in law left this world behind on Jan 6th. She had not eaten since December 6th, and I had not been able to get her to drink water for the preceding 2 days. Her breathing changed around 8:30 and I knew that sound. I knelt beside her caressing her and whispering encouragement even though she had been sleeping 24/7 for days. I hope she could hear me as I praised her life and telling her it was okay to leave because she had done such a good job with her family we would all be okay. She slipped peacefully into Paradise in about an hour. We will miss her, but she hasn't been our Maxine for a long time now so I have been missing her even though her body was still here. Fly high beloved Maxine.
