Lost another ounce or two and down to 213.1 after a low cal day and 393 calorie workout. Blood sugar 96. I only check that every few weeks now. Happy to report it's totally under control through diet and exercise. Just did a nice juice (and resulting chopped salad) dinner. Hoping for a little more loss tomorrow. Going to the beach with my wife as she attends a convention. I might sneak in a few drinks and snacks. Will keep on track overall, though!
