It's been a long time coming but hit a new low at 213.0. Purposely eating fewer calories during weekdays. Going to go to a Brazilian steakhouse tonight with Denise's visiting brother, so will begin a four day regular eating schedule. Monday is a holiday and our anniversary, so that makes the fourth day. Then it's back to fasting on Tuesday. Have a great weekend!

You often get a whoosh after you've been drinking but congrats on the new low. Try to be mindful tonight as you enjoy your family dinner. It's not about the food, it's about the company. You wouldn't be in trouble with me because I hear you and I get it. We are very different emotional beings - men and women - and I think I am a rare woman that understands that. That's why FS is great for me because I have a lot of other blah, blah, blah women to blah, blah too :) How unusual to get married on Veteran's Day. Congrats on 24 years. Big one next year, can't wait to see what you pull out of your hat for that one ! (I am going on 33 years this December!)

Hah! I love how you've gotten this all mapped out. Those Brazilian steakhouses are amazing. Always reminds me of an old GWB joke: "Aide: Mr. President, we've just received word that 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed in Iraq. We thought you should know.; GWB: Oh, that's terrible.
