🙋Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for June 4 - 10, Week 23: Oops! Forgot to post yesterday. I've been eating junk food all week (again). Can't blame the rain; sun came out on Friday & still ate 3000+ calories! I'm excited for my 12 week challenge but I've gotta DO IT, not just plan it!

❎No Junk Food: 0/7 days YTD: 46.6% (75/161days) Excessive calorie train Choo chooed on for another week :(

❎Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 3/7 days YTD: 42.2% (68/161days) Giving myself an X this week because I could have/should have done more!

Life update: I am a great planner; I am NOT a great doer (yet!). I feel such anxiety about what I want to achieve. I feel overwhelmed. I know I can do it. I've just gotta believe in myself! Deep breath, one step/one day at a time. Let's see what I can achieve this week; if I just follow my plan :)

*Year Goal: under 200 pounds, size 16-18/XL/1x clothing (currently 22-24/3x)
