Diario de Liv Lite, 28 sep. 21

5 weeks of eating poorly, with excessive calories, carbs, sodium, fat, sugar => just junk! My highest was yesterday at 302.2. The weight piles on with nonstop overeating. Got myself out of my funk once again; I really want to start 2022 in a better place. Happy I feel determined for second day in a row! Won't seem like "real" weight loss till back under 275, tho it sure feels real as in extra heavy! :)
136,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 24,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
