Wednesday - May 7th and the week is flying by me again. Recording my fake weigh in for the challenge. Then again, I'd stopped weighing before the challenge. I can only take so much false information before I stop listening.

ATF ~ doing well. No binges or 3M. Haven't ridden my bike in a week or so ~ need to do that but am working plenty in the garden and lifting furniture (trying to redo the patio) so a nice bit of 'weight training' going on. Last night I cooked spareribs on the grill. Yum.

Massage therapy this evening if I get my car back from service in time. I put it in the shop for my annual 'just how many things can we convince you need before you break' tune up. But as my 8 year old car is going to reach the 40k mileage mark this weekend I want to make sure it's safe for the road.

Tomorrow will be 'my' Friday as I'm taking four whole days off to celebrate my BD and MD. Current itinerary includes: Vintage Fair on Friday with Grace; Hot Air Balloon ride Saturday morning with Blondie; BBQ in my yard that evening with her crew and road trip to a casino resort for an overnight stay and dinner on Sunday with BCF.

Interrupted sleep last night mostly due to pain in left side ~ couldn't get comfortable. To balance that out though I slept right thru the 5am alarm. The phone woke me at 5:30 ~ customer phoning the shop. THREE times! Guess he didn't like the message on the voicemail and thought if he kept phoning I'd pick up. Yet it's 11am and no show from him. I think I'll phone him about 2am and say, "Just noticed I missed your call... what can I do for you?"

That's about it. Otherwise, I'll have to start making stuff up.
