It's gain from a month ago but it's really a loss! LOL Folks, I saw 309+ on the scale during this past month due to my bingeing. On Tuesday, I was 306.6, so this great!!!! even saw a 299 flash before the 301 :) I have been outside walking when the streets are semi-dry and safer, not too far but am happy I am crossing streets. Lack of mobility scares me. Talked to my obesity doc this week and he gives rather discouraging info for sustained weight loss. Well, it doesn't mean it won't happen for ME, if I do the work. Maybe I'll never be an "ideal weight" but I sure can be lighter and healthier!

Another piece of good news: moving next month into a 2 bedroom so I will be busy moving & grooving while packing. SO EXCITED! Fantastic way to start a new year! Happy weekend, everyone!
