Diario de chesgreen, 28 jul. 14

Been away for 27 days on a social media diet. My weight swung up a little (see next paragraph), but most that will come off in a few weeks.

I was also on vacation last week [Beach trip, drive in movie trip which included overnight stay in a hotel, bowling, barbeque, regular movie... major exposure to high sodium foods almost every day] This is my first mention about my vacation on any type of social media, didn't even discuss it beforehand.

After I catch up on 200 emails, I will peek at my FS friends status and provide my congratulations and motivations where needed on your efforts.

@mgrill. Boom, BAM, POW! I am on the ground staring up at the sky. Those squats hurt. Pain is good. Vacation is done and I will not ask for a challenge again until I am ready for it. I bit off more than I could chew. Still, not a quitter!

Modify and move forward. I get in over my head now often, too. But, it gives me something to shoot for. Don't give up...I won't let you!
