Diario de NowIunderstand, 31 ago. 14

Like Deb, I've decided to weigh in everyday, sort of like recommitting every day to be disciplined about my diet. I didn't do it before, because I was afraid that the fluctuations would drive me batty. We shall see.

DAY 2 OF PRJECT NO SNACKING!

Yesterday, it was good with the no snacking. How liberating! But then again, I was visiting, and out of the house doing stuff. I just hope I can keep it up when I work, as that's where I do most of my snacking. I think I get a bit nervous when working and the food soothes me.

I most likely all comes down to habit.

good luck with the daily weigh in. i sometimes do that on my own, but only record once a week. great job with no snacking!
