That little bit is nothing to worry about. You are over half way to your goal weight. You can get going again very soon!

Thank you Deb! I'm not discouraged,I've realised it's gonna take time and I won't be controlling everything about this. I'll have some off weeks and good weeks. As long as I keep in the right direction in the long run, things will be just fine and I'll arrive at my goal when I arrive at my goal. Not going to drive myself crazy.
