Sometimes when I'm out skiing and it's really hard, the thought crosses my mind that "I'm too old for this." Then I realize, no, I'm too old NOT to do this stuff. Use it or lose it becomes even more important as I age.

age and medical history are part of my issue. my doc says one pound a week should be my goal because of that. working on it

sugarplum that makes sense and during my weight loss I shot for 1/2# to 1# so that I built good habits in hopes that I would finally learn how to maintain.
