I ended up trying something new tonight that is worse than lunges that I saw on YouTube... 1 legged barbell back squats with 1 leg on a bench behind you WOW even just the bar was enough for the first attempts

With just the bar I did 11 reps the first set and 15 the second. My balance was not nearly as good when doing my left leg

OTB the balancing would be hard but amazing work for your core. Are you really sore today?

Great job! It's hard but satisfying to get back to where we were before. Im finally back at my squat weight from before I got sick. Struggling with chest weight and shoulder weight.

Diana - I understand what you are saying with chest weight and shoulder weight. I hit my 100 bench press goal back in the fall of 2022 and then now I have suffered setbacks and not due to injury. The trainer also reminded me that weighing what I do that I won't have the umph to lift like someone who weighs more than I do. Makes sense but I am a little competitive with my self and just want to get back to my lifts and surpass them even if it is small gains.
