I don’t know where my comments went on my original post. It says author deleted them. 🤷‍♀️ Workout 24 February 2023 1st WO w/trainer in 3 weeks. It kicked my butt Side Plank 50 s 50 s 50 s Safety Bar Squat 95 lb 1x10 85 lb 2x10 Chest Supported Dumbbell Row 45 lb 3x10 Romanian Deadlift 125 lb 1x10 115 lb 1x10 105 lb 1x10 Bench Press 65 lb 2x10 60 lb 1x10 Prowler with 25x added- 3x Should have probably waited until Monday but wanted to sweat this crud out!

Mistybenner-Thanks - the vacation weight is dropping off. I feel pretty good considering I drank alchohol daily for 14 days while on vacation. Could not resist the drinks called Pain Killers!
