Tired of the 300s! I haven't done the work to get outta this 302-312lb range for over a year.

TODAY IS THE DAY! Easy to say nah, just muddle along till end of year and wait to January.

I've got 6 weeks EXACTLY to get a great start for 2024. I am planning my annual physical for January.

Just back to the basics!!

Good luck on your journey Liv. Today is as good a day as any other. I'm learning in my food addiction course that each meal to aim for bullseye. Will we always get it right? Nah. If we go off course a wee bit, that is already in the rearview. Next meal/snack is a do over. Waiting for tomorrow, New Years whatever has never worked for me as I can see in my journal from the 80's. The time is now. Wishing you much success! You can do this!

That's right Anni and Liv; six weeks til the end of the year. Let's hit Jan 1 in great shape! I like that: every meal is a bullseye to hit.
